Consultations

Continuous consultations with stakeholders in the EU, EU Member States, and Japan ensure a high degree of transparency, enrich the analysis with information, and provide feedback on draft results. The main channels for communication and consultation - apart from this website and social media - are:

  • Interviews with key stakeholders

  • Overall online survey 

  • Business (SME) survey 

  • EU Civil society dialogue (CSD) meetings*:

    • Draft Inception Report (took place on 22 May 2025)
